Which terminals can I choose?

What happens if the ferry is delayed?
Send your updated arrival information through official BatamRide WhatsApp. We will adjust where possible; material changes are handled case by case.
Can I go to my hotel first and continue touring?
Yes. The driver can take you to the hotel to leave luggage and continue with the confirmed itinerary and service hours.
Is a full-day driver available after pickup?
Yes. The published full-day rate is S$70 for up to 12 hours, subject to availability and final confirmation.
